Furthermore, Millennials and Gen Z’s are much more health conscious, digitally adept, and less brand loyal to big brands, creating the rapid emergence of so called “challenger brands” for everything from baby care products to pet foods. The impact on major CPG’s that control about one-third of total US food sales is seismic.
In response, big brands are smartly embracing new channels and strategies to leverage digital adoption.
